Description

Among the many hilariously talented comedy actors in the history of cinema, few have made as indeliable marks as Charlie Chaplin, Mae West, W.C. Fields, and the Marx Brothers.  In this session, we’ll dig deeper into the lives and work of each of these brilliant, enduring performers.  From the physical pathos of Chaplin’s Little Tramp to the precise double entendres of Mae West; from the surly loveable nature of W.C. Fields to the manic, varied absurdity of the Marx Brothers, we will unpack their game-changing achievements and appreciate clips of their greatest performances.

This is an in-person class, no Zoom is available.
