Do you want to improve flexibility, strength, and stamina while walking safely and comfortably with others? Walk With Ease is an evidenced based walking program that can help reduce pain and improve overall health. Participants will meet three times a week under the supervision of a walking leader trained according to guidelines of the Arthritis Foundation. Each walk begins with a discussion related to exercise followed by stretching and strengthening, a walk, and a cool down. Space limited.
