WRAP for Healthy Aging is a free workshop that anyone can use to feel less isolated and more in control of their life. Connect with peers and develop your personal Wellness Toolbox and Plan for improved well-being, physical health, and quality of life! Healthy aging involves changing along with our challenges as life circumstances change (e.g., heart issues, declining strength, all of the physical changes that go with healthy aging and the many losses that go with it). In this evidence-based program, you will collaborate with peers to address these challenges and make a plan for the future. Participants will receive a free workbook to keep.
