Description

Sherlock Holmes is famous for his powers of observation and deduction, but how do those skills work in real life? This class explores the methods described in Arthur Conan Doyle’s stories, the inspiration behind the Holmes character, and Doyle’s own background. Participants will practice observation and deduction through interactive exercises and learn how careful attention to detail can reveal surprising insights. The session also includes stories from the instructor’s years with Sherlockian societies and travels in Scotland.
