Ulysses and Julia Grant were married for nearly 40 years. They endured extended separations, financial difficulties, and tragedies. They nevertheless created an equal partnership within their marriage that eventually led them to the White House. In this program, Historian/Curator Nick Sacco (Ulysses S.
