Description
Bike from the athletic center in Chesterfield across the Missouri Greenway (Monarch Levee Trail) to the Katy Trail to the Busch Greenway. We will visit the Weldon Spring Site Interpretive Center, a national museum that offers a window to the past and demonstrates the U. S. Department of Energy’s commitment to the future. Approximately 18 miles.
We will meet at the A-B parking lot. Coming from the east on 64/40, take the Spirit of St Louis Blvd exit #14, at the traffic circle, take the 1st exit onto N Outer 40 Rd, then the first left. You will be able to see the parking lot from the road. From the west, heading east on 65/40, take exit 14 toward Chesterfield Airport Rd, left onto Spirit of St Louis, left on N outer 40, and then the first right. Bathrooms available.
