Great Decisions is America’s largest discussion program on world affairs. The program model involves reading the Great Decisions Briefing Book, watching the documentary film series, and meeting to discuss the most critical global issues facing America today. Topics for this session include American foreign policy at a crossroads, US changing leadership of the world economy, US-China relations, India: Between China, the West, and the Global South, international cooperation on climate change, the future of NATO and European security, AI and American national security, and After Gaza: American policy in the Middle East. Participants will receive a copy of the Great Decisions Briefing Book to keep. Facilitated in a traditional discussion style by Juliet Simone and Steve Kidwell.
