Description

Although well known today for their contributions to the Impressionist movement, the work of Mary Cassatt and Berthe Morisot was often marginalized during their careers because of strict social conventions for women in Parisian society. Uniquely suited to women artists, Impressionism gave opportunity for Cassatt’s scenes mothers and children and Morisot’s visions of modern life. Learn about their lives, art and legacy.

This program will now be exclusively on Zoom.
