In this four-session class, we will explore the vast treasures of the Arts of the Book: from Calligraphy to beautify the Sacred Text to the rich history of visualized works of history and epic and mystical poetry. We’ll study the many styles of religious architecture, from mosques to madrasas and mausolea, from Spain through the Middle East to India.
