Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) is an evidence- based program that supports the development of practical mindfulness skills, which can lead to less stress reactivity, greater awareness, and enhanced well-being. MBSR is a flexible and customizable approach to stress reduction. This course consists of guided mindfulness meditation practices, gentle movement, and group discussion. No previous experience needed.
