Description
This lecture is an examination of the movement that chronologically followed Impressionism. The Post-Impressionist movement contained some of the most outsized intellects and personalities of any art movement. This was a time of unusual experimentation and included some of the greatest and most beloved artworks ever produced. The contributions from the major artists of the movement will be shown with PowerPoint and discussed by the class using formal and contextual criticism.
