Just in time for Burns Night, come hear about the life and poetry (and song!) of Scottish writer Robert Burns. Celebrated during his life for his poetry, Robert Burns was also a social critic, song collector, storyteller, and champion of the “man o’ independent mind.” In the class, you will get to know more of Burns’ poetry and some of the context for his most famous works.
