Tower Grove Park, creator Henry Shaw, wanted a park that resembled the English countryside landscape. Tower Grove Park has interesting pavilions, the oldest bridge in St. Louis, sculptures and busts of famous classical musicians. You will find out about what happened to the largest hotel in the United States and hear about the man who brought discipline to the Continental Army. You can even peek in at office workers who have full-grown palm trees next to their desks.
