ENROLLMENT REQUIREMENTS:

  • Previous enrollment in  Beginner Tai Chi for Arthritis for Fall Prevention is mandatory.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in Beginner Tai Chi for Arthritis for Fall Prevention.
  • If you have not completed either of the first two requirements, you must talk to the instructor and receive their permission.
