Join Oasis for a monthly ‘Challenge” theme program where you get to decide what ‘challenge’ means to you. This program is facilitated by Cindy Blair, Fitness & Nutrition Specialist, and will be meeting virtually once per week. Each month has a different theme, but participants are highly encouraged to sign up for the entire trimester to have a well-rounded experience. Every other week, you get to determine your ‘challenge’, but meet weekly to keep everyone on track. The group provides a supportive environment, helps keep participants accountable to their personal goals and creates a community of others on a similar journey of self-improvement.

At the end of each month, if you meet your ‘challenges’, you will receive $20 in Oasis credit*!
